How to return 🌍

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 30 days of receipt. All information about refunds and returns can be found at: Return & refund Policy

HOW IT WORKS 

1. Fill out the return form (Download here).

2. Place the return form in the package together with the items you want to return or exchange.

3. Attach the shipping label from the post office to the package:

4. Bring your return package form your local post office. Don't forget to ask for the tracking ID.

5. As soon as we receive your parcel, your returned items will get refunded or the items for exchange will be shipped.
