Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must comply with the return conditions listed below.
The return must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email or via the return form, clearly stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return conditions
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached
• Merchandise must be returned in one package
• Return shipments can be shipped by the shipping service you prefer
• We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany.
• Customised items cannot be returned.
Refunding the purchase
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
• The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid – that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Special Terms and Conditions: JOKER DUCK WEEK
During the Joker Duck Week promotion, customers who return one or more items from their order must also return the signed Joker Duck if the total value of the order (excluding shipping costs) falls below €100 after the return. The signed Joker Duck is only provided for orders with a total value of €100 or more. Refunds or exchanges for returned items will only be processed once the Joker Duck has been received by us.
